John Davis
John Davis is a filmmaker and musician. He has released music on the Root Strata, Digitalis, Students of Decay and Peasant Magik labels in the US, and has upcoming releases on Under the Spire Recordings and Students of Decay. His film and video works have exhibited extensively, most recently at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, The Freewaves Biennial in L.A., and the San Francisco Cinematheque's Crossroads film festival. John has been teaching studio art at colleges and universities in the Bay Area for more than a decade, most recently at the California State University at Monterey.
